Add missing dependency on kdepim.

Try to fix Undefined symbol "pthread_attr_init" symbol:
Although TaskJugglerUI is linked with -pthread, the resulting binary
is not linked agains libpthread. (huh? gcc trying to be too smart?)
Adding a dummy pthread_ call fixes this.

As previously announced, remove ports that have reached their expiry date, and the handful of ports that depended on them.

Set USE_XLIB for libXext. This just fixes the cluster-build, but not the failing self-tests.

This port is scheduled to be removed on 2005-02-18 if it is still broken at that time, and a fix has not been submitted to GNATS.

Add taskjuggler, a project management tool for Linux and UNIX system-based operating systems. Instead of clicking yourself painfully through hundreds of dialog boxes you specify your Taskjuggler project in a simple text format. You simply list all your tasks and their dependencies. The information is sent through Taskjuggler and you will get all sorts of reports in HTML or XML format.
