Add a new framework for browser plugins, USE_WEBPLUGINS. It is for which foo plugins support one of web browsers and can take care of plist (depend on how you use it) at the same time. I have written a complete document and even show how it works in the www/firefox/Makefile.webplugins so be sure to read in there. If there is anything that isn't clear in the document, please feel free to ask and I FYI: GNOME 2.24 depends on this, so it's coming. BTW: It's based on www/linux-mplayer-plugin/Makefile.npapi with heavy modified. Approved by: portmgr15b6544926

Mass-conversion to the USE_AUTOTOOLS New World Order. The code present in bsd.autotools.mk essentially makes this a no-op given that all the old variables set a USE_AUTOTOOLS_COMPAT variable, which is parsed in exactly the same way as USE_AUTOTOOLS itself. Moreover, USE_AUTOTOOLS has already been extensively tested by the GNOME team -- all GNOME 2.12.x ports use it. Preliminary documentation can be found at: http://people.FreeBSD.org/~ade/autotools.txt which is in the process of being SGMLized before introduction into the Porters Handbook. Light blue touch-paper. Run.54a0b86543
