Bump PORTREVISION for graphics/gdal shlib changee9972a754c

Bump PORTREVISION for ports depending on the canonical version of GCC as defined in Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk which has moved from GCC 8.3 to GCC 9.1 under most circumstances now after revision 507371. This includes ports - with USE_GCC=yes or USE_GCC=any, - with USES=fortran, - using Mk/bsd.octave.mk which in turn features USES=fortran, and - with USES=compiler specifying openmp, nestedfct, c11, c++0x, c++11-lang, c++11-lib, c++14-lang, c++17-lang, or gcc-c++11-lib plus, everything INDEX-11 shows with a dependency on lang/gcc9 now. Change cmake default behaviour to outsource. Ports that build out of source now simply can use "USES=cmake" instead of "USES=cmake:outsource". Ports that fail to build out of source now need to specify "USES=cmake:insource". I tried to only set insource where explictely needed. PR: 232038 Exp-run by: antoine707c6bf295

Don't use extension.ini any more, and have each extension install in its file, so the order remains the same. Every PHP (or Zend) extension now installs its own .ini file in /usr/local/etc/php. A PHP extension will be automatically activated when installed. The order into which extensions are loaded is automatically guessed. In some very rare cases, the guess will be wrong, and PHP_MOD_PRIO will need to be set. Refer to the USES=php section of the Porter's Handbook for more information. Convert ports touching etc/php/extensions.ini manually, or telling the OP to do it. And finally, bump PORTREVISION for all php extensions. When there is a do-install target, do not use a post-install target, do everything at once. Sometime, rename post-install into a options helper target. I did not fix ports that were such a mess that I could not figure out what they really wanted to do. I also did not change ports that had some version of an auto-plist code in post-install, for the same reason. With hat: portmgr Sponsored by: Absolightf899c758a6

Bump portrevision after png updatebb21093773
Change libpng15.so to libpng.so in LIB_DEPENDS to prepare the upgrade7ae46e9b12
Replace USES=libtool:oldver with USES=libtool or USES=libtool:keepla in the 32 ports that still use it. Bump PORTREVISION on their dependent ports except the ones that depend on these: audio/libogg audio/libvorbis devel/pcre ftp/curl graphics/jpeg graphics/libart_lgpl graphics/tiff textproc/expat2 textproc/libxslt In these cases the same trick as in the recent gettext update is used. The ports install a symlink with the old library version. When enough of their dependent ports have had regular updates the remaining ones can get a PORTREVISION bump and the links can be removed. Also remove the devel/pcre dependency from USE_GNOME=glib20. It causes over 2200 packages to depend on devel/pcre while less than 200 actually link with it. The glib20 package still depends on devel/pcre so this should not make a difference for ports with USE_GNOME=glib20. Also, libdata/pkgconfig/glib-2.0.pc lists pcre as a private library so USE_GNOME=glib20 should not propagate it. PR: 195724 Exp-run by: antoine Approved by: portmgr (antoine)60945f0277
