lang/fpc-wasip1-devel: fix build on powerpc64le fpc only marks a FreeBSD/powerpc64 host as little endian when building the native compiler. The wasm32 cross compiler misses that, thinks it's cross-endian and wants llvm-mc. Test the CPU define instead, like the Linux target does.2654dbb2d0

lang/fpc-wasip1-devel: New port: Free Pascal wasm wasip1 compiler (devel) FPC supports three Wasm compilation targets: WASIp1 (WASI 0.1, also known as WASI Preview 1), WASIp1threads (WASI 0.1 with the wasi-threads proposal) and Embedded. FPC's Wasm support adds to FPC's already extensive list of compilation targets, potentially allowing Pascal programs to run in even more environments than they already do.
