To run milter-regex daemon on startup, add milterregex_enable="YES" in your /etc/rc.conf. You will need to create a config file: /usr/local/etc/milter-regex.conf The plugin needs to be registered in the sendmail(8) configuration. See milter-regex(8) for details.
