Move the stragler's www.freebsd.org/~user distfiles to the offical MASTER_SITE_LOCAL site.

Update with the new PORTNAME/PORTVERSION variables

Change all www.freebsd.org/~user references to people.FreeBSD.org/~user, as the days of the former are numbered.

FWIW, checkout of these things took 5+hrs, staying on the local
.freebsd.org net w/o hitting the 'net at all.
