Use bsd.port.{pre,post}.mk.  Either use them to avoid having to define something already there (PORTOBJFORMAT, OSVERSION) or move stuff from after .include <bsd.port.mk> to before.

(This is not by any means the complete list but just the ones I've noticed
recently.)

Addition of 3 patches makes this compile for ELF.  Don't take off the BROKEN yet, I haven't yet had time to review the PLIST.  It might well have changed due to the addition of patch-a[bc]. patch-ad made it respect statfs better for 3.0. PR:		8364 Submitted by:	David A. Bader <dbader@eece.unm.edu>
