net/wifi-firmware-kmod: deal with '?' in file names as sha256 broke it

md5 (sha256) as of 70fde0ed6bbbb1f84c440190ba1e5435f8c90e13 in base
started quoting ? as \? which then goes into the distinfo file and
as a result we fail to find that file later using Mk/Scripts/.

Using the dummy=/ option is not as straight forward with a dynamic list
of distfiles as one would wish.
We now build a full matrix of MASTER_SITE x DISTFILES; that is for
each "DISTFILE" we generate a :group with a full download URL on each
"MASTER_SITE". That way each file is still possibly downloadable from
each of the various master sites.

The difference now is that the files stored in distfiles no longer
contain the ?h=<tag> extension as we strip that for the distfile having
it encoded in the master_site URLs.

Building that matrix needs to happen after bsd.port.pre.mk is included
as otherwise FLAVOR is not set correctly and we do not build the
correct set of firmware files as requested.

Adjust the remainder of the Makefile.inc to deal with the fact that
the tag is no longer part of the file name.

In order to not store files in the same place if they change between
version, we now hash the distfiles linux-firmware directories by tag
as well.

With a bit more cleanup I should one day look into making this a
USES=linuxfw or similar so it can more easily be re-used for other
firmware as well.

Re-generate all distinfo given file name changes.

net/wifi-firmware-kmod: enable riscv64 for wireless firmware

In [1] we got a report that iwlwifi(4) works on riscv64, so
start enabling firmware distribution for that architecture.

Given we no longer build anything (no more .ko files) this
should not be a problem.

net/wifi-firmware-kmod: update along LinuxKPI firmware ports to 20251125

We update flavors added with the updated wifi-firmware-*-kmod ports;
the only incompatible change is with mt76 in that we dropped mt792x
in favour of mt7921 and mt7925. Give we did not ship the driver in
any release yet we can do that. Some older fwget(8) versions would
be cranky but neither of these releases will ever see mt76 support,
so we are fine.

Given all child ports were updated to the same version (20251125),
reset PORTREVISION to 0 (comment it out) in Makefile.inc as it is
no longer needed. [1]

net/wifi-firmware-kmod: generalize iwlwifi specific tunable writing

Currently iwlwifi(4) is the only LinuxKPI based wireless driver able
to enable 11n/11ac. bz has added tunables to rtw88 and rtw89 in order
to allow them to gradually enable more modern standards as well.

Generalize the ports framework to not be iwlwifi-specifc anymore
in order to prepare for Realtek and others to gain 11n and 11ac
support.

At some point in time, along with a kernel change, we will then flip
the defaults and make this a "disable" rather than an enable option.

net/wifi-firmware-kmod: add STRIP_FWSUBDIR logic

iwlwififw(4) got moved into a subdirectory in the linux-firmware.git
but the driver still expects the firmware at the toplevel.
The longer-term solution would be to create symlinks as the WHENCE
file indicates but for the moment use the less intrusive version
simply stripping the subdir during 'extract'.

net/wifi-firmware-kmod: allow ONLY_FOR_ARCHS to be set by child ports

mtw(4) is built along USB for all architectures so we need firmware
on all architectures -- unlike the LinuxKPI based wireless drivers
which are restricted by default.

Allow ONLY_FOR_ARCHS to be set in a child port; maintaing a full list
of supported ARCHes seems unreasonable though so allow NOT_FOR_ARCHS
to disable the ONLY_FOR_ARCHS logic in Makefile.inc. That way
wifi-firmware-mt7601u-kmod can define an empty NOT_FOR_ARCHS and
it should build on all ARCHes.

net/wifi-firmware-{iwlwifi,*}-kmod: add missing firmware files

The firmware files for iwlwifi were lacking entries for some older
driver versions on 14.2-RELEASE and stable/14 [1] before
src:f4e352ef16d6.

In addition iwx(4) switched to using the same firmware file names
as iwlwifi so that fwget(8) would work for both of them (D49259).
We add the set of iwx(4) firmware files hard coded to the list of
files.

Given the list of supported revisions will grow and maintaining them
for all branches will be tedious without overlap we will simply create
the lists and let make do the job of :O:u (sort/uniq) in the common
Makefile.inc to filter out duplicates between branches.
the future not mandating that main is first as some of these are
created from scripts.

Installing newer firmware also on stable branches will allow forward
updates. For iwlwifi(4) it is less of a problem given it will use an
older version of firmware still (and we are not hoping to fall out
of the min/max window) but other drivers may not have such a
versioned scheme and we cannot easily run fwget(8) for a newer
release with the old kernel (and once we have an updated kernel/driver
the old firmware is not guaranteed to work anymore).

It would be helpful if we could forget about firmware once a release
is out (given kmod packages are built) but anyone else building the
packages themselves would still use a newer ports tree so we will have
to at least support older versions until the EoL date of the last
release using them.

Admittedly it was easier having the firmware files bundled with src
as most of these problems were solved naturally.

For iwlwifi flavors 22000, ax201, and bz also add a tunable to
automatically turn on hw_crypto, HT and VHT support given we
believe it works for these chipsets.

Dump PORTREVISION to 2 for all of them; mt7601u was already there but
is not affected by these changes so we can leave it at that revision.

net/wifi-firmware-*: add support to set loader tunable

For drivers which currently need to set the
compat.linuxkpi.skb.mem_limit tunable add an option to the build
to create it automatically for each FLAVOR. There is no harm
if it is there multiple times setting it to the same value (apart
from file including and parsing overhead in loader -- however that
works).

Add the option to the rtw88 and rtw89 wifi-firmware Makefile.

Having it with the firmware package has multiple advantages:
- the user does not have to do any manual configuration anymore
- we do not have to configure setting it into the release builds
- bsdinstall does not need to know about it to set for the installed
  system (depending on driver).

Bump PORTREVISION.

net/wifi-firmware-kmod: stop building kmods on main and 14.2 and on

In Feb 2024 a feature to firmware(9) was introduced to be able to load
plain firmware files (not kernel modules) from /boot/firmware/ .
If the system is modern enough stop building kernel modules but simply
copy the firmware files in.
This makes the entire build process a lot simpler.
For older versions we still have to generate kernel modules (though
they all shipped with firmware in src so we can possibly unsupport
them in the future).

pkg builders are failing to fetch all firmware files due to
'Service Unavailable' errors. We assume it is some kind of rate
limit on the git.kernel.org site and not something local to the
pkg builder setup. I was unable to reproduce it locally.
Given git.kernel.org is a geolocated service unroll the server names
as well so that pkg builders can fall back to further machines [1].
We do leave the general name first so the common user should not
see any problems.

net/wifi-firmware-*: build framework and license hack cleanup

Cleanup the extra layer of "flavour" that came into the build framework
when flavours were introduced at a time when it was not planned.
Make linters some more happy. [1]

Remove the special license hack to install additional files.
If DISABLE_LICENSES is set we still installed files making builds fail [2].
One would hope to always install the lincese files but simply disable
any checking by the framework.
Introduce a new way using LICENSE_COMB=multi to install the default
license file, the extra WHENCE and any possible extra firmware license
files. Technically this is an abuse of the system too but at least it
should work and not break non default options.

net/wifi-firmware-*kmod: improve build logic, add flavors, update fw version

- update framework to no longer depend on local distfiles for firmware(9)
but generate the Makefile hierarchy in post-extract. Keep a
  Makefile.inc.in in files for simplicity.
- update extracting WHENCE parts using a local WHENCE.awk.in in files
and a pattern to match the section(s).
- use the already prepared FWSUBS sections for flavors and add the
FWDRV as "default". Generate the CONFLICTS_INSTALL conflict and
PKGNAMESUFFIX entries. Adjust paths and logic for flavors.
Depend on the flavors rather the combined ("default flavor") packages
by default if someone installs wifi-firmware-kmod.
The wifi-firmware-${name}-kmod packages are still built for older
versions of fwget shipping in releases.
- add support for iwlwifi and ath12k firmware
- update firmware to linux-firmware.git tag: 20240513 for all drivers.

net/wifi-firmware-*: use metaport for "base" and switch to Makefile.inc

Rename the wifi-firmware-base to wifi-firmware-kmod (similar to
gpu-firmware-mod). The former was never build so technically it
is no move. Make the new subdir a metaport including all
wireless firmware.
Move the old Makefile to Makefile.inc and adjust the child ports
accordingly.

This solves two problems: (1) the base port is now buildable and (2)
there is a single port to depend on to add all the needed firmware
files to, e.g., put on a release media.
