Update MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR.

Migrate japanese/ptex{,-base,-tetex} to japanese/ptex; the old version of japanese/ptex has been removed and japanese/ptex-tetex has been renamed with japanese/ptex.  These are almost the same with each other (actually ptex-tetex had some upper compatibility with ptex), so there should be no functionality regression.

Also, dependencies of the relevant ports have been updated and
PORTREVISON bumped.

The default security option has been changed in the Japanese patchset without version number bump.  Now -R (or -R1) is used, and this behavior is compatible with prior versions including 5.95a.  Bump PORTREVISION.

Update to 5.95a.  The updmap-ptex and updmap-sys-ptex utilities are moved to japanese/ptex-tetex now.

Portrevision bump (both), make dvipsk-vflib portlint compatible.

exec mktexlsr at installation and deinstallation. This is mandatory for this version of dvipsk to work correctly.

japanese/dvipsk cannot depends on file ptex-common but MakeTeXPK   Fixed by the same reason as  ports-jp 10700 (Request from maintainer).

Change PKGDIR from pkg/ to .  Also fix places where ${PKGDIR} is spelled out (many of which are ${PKGDIR}/MESSAGE -> ${PKGMESSAGE} type fixes that shouldn't have been necessary) and the string "/pkg/" appear.

Update with the new PORT{NAME,VERSION}/PKGNAME{PRE,SUF}FIX variables.

Now try to use those variables everywhere around DIST* and PATCH*
definitions as far as possible, for ease of the future updates and the
neatness.

Okay, 60% of `japanese' ports have been done. :)

The interactive nature of pkg/INSTALL has been removed.

If BATCH is defined pass it as an environment variable to the INSTALL script instead of as the third argument.  Revert the PACKAGE_BUILDING changes I just made and look for BATCH in the scripts environment.

Mark this FORBIDDEN for PARALLEL_PACKAGE_BUILD case -- the pkg/INSTALL script hangs forever waiting for input.

Remove the test to create ${PREFIX}/share/info/dir as it is now in bsd.port.mk and this helps to unify the check and install.
