Bump PORTREVISION due to change of USE_FORTRAN=yes to GCC 4.3.

Mark as broken on gcc 4.2.

Now we use USE_FORTRAN=yes to use FORTRAN compiler.

Fix build and finally migrated to gfortran42!

* Use gfortran * portlint. Build was not verified. It has been known that it doesn't build with 6.2-RELEASE(?), even without modification, but pointyhat build cluster. Hope pointyhat builds without errors.

INTERNALLIB has a different meaning in the new bsd.lib.mk API -- build (but do not install) a static library _only_. Not defining LIB avoids building the static library.

Add the WWW line and remove my old and non-functional e-mail address.

Every two years I upgrade this -- whether it needs it or not. Upgrade to the latest HDF4.1r5...

Do not install patchlevel.h into ${LOCALBASE}/include. Various software packages include patchlevel.h expecting their own, instead of the HDF's.
