python: bump all USE_PYTHON=distutils consumers after RUN_DEPENDS removal Any missed ports, feel free to bump. Any ports that need setuptools at runtime can have the devel/py-setuptools manually added back to RUN_DEPENDS, but understand that this practice is deprecated; see CHANGES for details.06a08e69f3

*: Fix build after 3232af18957315da73e0e4105cac869d8cb3c6b1 (www/py-flask PORTNAME change) Approved by: portmgr (blanket)8efcc1c369
all: remove explicit versions in USES=python for "3.x+"
The logic in USES=python will automatically convert this to 3.8+ by
itself.
Adjust two ports that only had Python 3.7 mentioned but build fine
on Python 3.8 too.
finance/quickfix: mark BROKEN with PYTHON

Differential Revision: <https://reviews.freebsd.org/D40568>3d9a815d9csecurity/py-flask-bcrypt: New port: Flask extension that provides bcrypt hashing utilities for your application Flask-Bcrypt is a Flask extension that provides bcrypt hashing utilities for your application. Due to the recent increased prevalence of powerful hardware, such as modern GPUs, hashes have become increasingly easy to crack. A proactive solution to this is to use a hash that was designed to be "de-optimized". Bcrypt is such a hashing facility; unlike hashing algorithms such as MD5 and SHA1, which are optimized for speed, bcrypt is intentionally structured to be slow. For sensitive data that must be protected, such as passwords, bcrypt is an advisable choice.0b98cb4e41
