sysutils/ytop: new port

ytop is a minimal interactive process monitor for FreeBSD. Its scrollable
process table displays CPU, user-mode and kernel-mode CPU usage, memory, swap,
runtime, and thread details. Expand a process to inspect individual threads
and their CPU affinity. Navigate and select rows with the keyboard or mouse.
