x11-wm/niri: set XDG_SESSION_TYPE by default (a la niri-session)

Smithay (unlike wlroots) doesn't seem to set XDG_SESSION_TYPE.
Mainly affects Qt which prefers XDG_SESSION_TYPE over WAYLAND_DISPLAY.
