x11/framework-autorotate: Update to 1.1

On an extended or rotated desk the stylus watcher stays up for the X
session, because the stylus can appear after the three-minute window; a
laptop-only desk still watches for 180 seconds

EXAMPLES are on by default, no need for OPTIONS_DEFAULT=EXAMPLES

man-pages in repository were moved into man directory

Remove WWW (automatically set by USE_GITHUB)

x11/framework-autorotate: Restrict to amd64 and i386

The daemon talks to the Framework Chrome EC over LPC using
inb/outb from <machine/cpufunc.h>. Those helpers exist only
on x86, so the arm64 package build fails at link.

Framework Laptop 12 X11 display autorotate: Chrome EC memmap
accelerometer and TBMD drive RandR on the built-in panel, ILIT
touch/stylus remap, XDM greeter recovery, and an optional
per-user chrome hook.
