NOTE ON CONFIGURATION:
The libvirt port does not come with networking configuration enabled.
The 'default' network definition is available at:
/usr/local/share/examples/libvirt/networks/default.xml
To enable this network please do the following:
cp /usr/local/share/examples/libvirt/networks/default.xml /usr/local/etc/libvirt/qemu/networks
To configure this network for autostart, execute the following:
ln -s ../default.xml /usr/local/etc/libvirt/qemu/networks/autostart/default.xml
If you have libvirtd already running you'll need to restart it for changes

devel/libvirt: update to 1.3.5
- update to 1.3.5
- drop the *.syms file as it's properly included in the tarball now
- drop some --without-* flags from CONFIGURE_ARGS for those which feature
probing improved upstream (so we don't have Linux specific features
automatically enabled)
- add a link to the official documentation for bhyve users
- Update security/gnutls to 3.4.10. - Rename the LIBDANE option DANE because that's the name of the protocol supported by libgnutls-dane and gnutls-cli. Also clarify the option description. - Add an IDN option. - libgnutls-openssl has been removed in 3.4. Some ports used this library in their LIB_DEPENDS but no port actually required it. - Some old API functions have been removed. Ports t
net-im/jabber: This port used the old API to give users fine grained
control over which crypto algorithms were used via a configuration file.
It's not immediately obvious how to port this to the new API so the port
always uses the defaults now.
www/hydra: Mark BROKEN. This uses more removed calls than the other ports,
is said to be alpha quality and not fully functional and has been abandoned
10 years ago.

devel/libvirt: add GNUTLS option and custom flags support for rc script
- libvirt currently depends on gnutls, but does not really use it,
so add GNUTLS option and pull gnutls only when it's turned on
- add a "libvirtd_flags" variable to the rc script to allow users to
specify e.g. "--listen" flag that's required to make libvirtd
listen on TCP ports [1]
- bump PORTREVISION

devel/libvirt: version update and security fix
- update to 1.3.0
- add fix for CVE-2015-5313
- improve sample file renaming to do that by moving files
in post-install rather than patching Makefiles
- add an rc script for the new virtlogd daemon. It is required
for the qemu driver if you have stdio_handler = "logd" in
qemu.conf (default)
Security: CVE-2015-5313
devel/libvirt: fix BHYVE option
- Drop OSVERSION check that's always true because of incorrect
version value
- Fix plist when BHYVE option is disabled on systems where it's
available
While here, clean up trailing whitespace.

devel/libvirt: improve configuration handling
libvirt stores various configuration objects in XML files and
also uses symlinks to enable/disable various things. While
using @sample could prevent from touching user-modified configs,
it is quite cumbersome to preserve state of enabled or disabled
symlink controlled objects across reinstall.
In order to address this situation:
* Install these configuration files into %%EXAMPLESDIR%%,
* Update pkg-message with instructions how to apply the
default configuration if user wants to. Also, pkg-message
moved to files/pkg-message.in to allow substitution,
* While here, convert virtlockd.conf to @sample
* Bump PORTREVISION

Fix plist on non-amd64 archs
When the arch-specific option is defined and OPTIONS_SUB is enabled,
PLIST_SUB is populated accordingly on the target arch. However,
on other archs PLIST_SUB is not populated and that results in a
broken pkg-plist.
Fix this by explicitly adding '@comment ' for the option feature
if it's not in PLIST_SUB.

The FreeBSD x11@ and graphics team proudly presents a zeising, kwm production, with help from dumbbell, bdrewery:
NEW XORG ON FREEBSD 9-STABLE AND 10-STABLE
This update switches over to use the new xorg stack by default on FreeBSD 9
and 10 stable, on osversions where vt(9) is available.
It is still possible to use the old stack by specifying WITHOUT_NEW_XORG in
/etc/make.conf .
FreeBSD 8-STABLE and released versions of FreeBSD still use
the old version.
A package repository with binary packages for new xorg will
be available soon.
This patch also contains updates of libxcb and related ports, pixman, as well
as some drivers and utilities.
Bump portrevisions for xf86-* ports, as well as virtualbox-ose-additions due
to xserver version change.
Apart from these updates, the way shared libraries are handled has been
changed for all xorg ports, as well as libxml2 and freetype, which means
ltverhack is gone and as a consequence shared libraries have been bumped.
The plan is that this change will make library bumps less likely in the
future.
All affected ports have had their portrevisions bumped as a consequence of
this.
Fix some issues where WITH_NEW_XORG weren't detected properly on CURRENT.
Update instructions, hardware support, and more notes can be found on
