obs-studio: add BROWSER option to enable CEF framework
OBS studio can now display a web browser in it's streaming setup..
- The BROWSER option works now: it depends on www/cef and points the
build at it (CEF_ROOT_DIR=${LOCALBASE}/lib/cef). It is on by default
on amd64 and not offered where www/cef does not build.
- Use the CMake switch obs-browser actually reads (ENABLE_BROWSER) and
turn off the What's New dialog, which has no FreeBSD code path.
- obs-browser: FreeBSD support in its CMake files and __linux__ code
paths; load libcef.so from the CEF directory (RPATH) instead of
copying CEF into lib/obs-plugins, and let CEF find its own locales;
build with C++20 as the CEF 152 headers require; include
<netinet/in.h> for sockaddr_in.

*/*: Bump PORTREVISION for known Qt private API abusers Qt 6.11.1 edition. These ports are known to directly use or link to a library that uses the Qt private API and must be rebuilt with every Qt update. Qt *public* API/ABI compatability is excellent, so most consumers don't need to necessarily be rebuilt between patch or even minor releases, but use of the private API breaks this compatibility between even patch releases and its use is highly discouraged. This list [1] is based on histortical data. We don't have time to revisit every port on the list with each Qt update, so if your port has dropped Qt private headers and was bumped in error, please remove it yourself if you have write access to the Wiki or alert someone on kde@. multimedia/obs-studio: fix build with clang 19
Clang 19 has become more strict about mixing different enum types, which
results in an error building multimedia/obs-studio:
/wrkdirs/usr/ports/multimedia/obs-studio/work/obs-studio-30.2.3/plugins/obs-outputs/flv-mux.c:659:37: error: bitwise operation between different enumeration types ('enum multitrack_type_t' and 'enum packet_type_t') [-Werror,-Wenum-enum-conversion]
659 | s_w8(&s, MULTITRACKTYPE_ONE_TRACK | PACKETTYPE_METADATA);
| ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ^ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This can be fixed by explicitly casting each enum type to uint8_t.
